Self Guided Tours – an ever more popular option

Your spirit of adventure is still very much intact. Do you love exploring unknown lands but your backpacking days are over? You’d love to discover the breadth and depth of Andalucia but you don’t need to be hand-held through the whole experience? We create your perfect trip - strike out on your own and take yourself on this TOMA & COE Self Guided journey of discovery.

We work with your available time and your specific budget to hand-stitch your perfect road trip. The itinerary is loosely structured to allow you enough time to experience the unplanned, the unexpected and the spontaneous; the joys of travel.

BELOW are some summaries of places you could include on your itinerary

Cordoba
Quiet and thoughtful with a dash of melancholy, Cordoba sits proudly on the banks of the Guadalquivir river. Described as “solitary and far away” by the poet Federico García Lorca, this medieval city, known as The Ornament of the World, enjoys recognition by UNESCO that places high value on its glittering Islamic and Jewish heritage, colourful Patio Festival, magnificent Great Mosque-Cathedral and celebrated cuisine.

Seville
The beating heart of Andalucia, Seville intoxicates its guests with a palpable sense of both romantic and tragic drama. Leaving no-one indifferent, the Sevillanos possess a beguiling temperament and celebrate the myriad of local customs, traditions and ferias with boundless energy that can leave visitors feeling quite exhausted.

Ronda
Ronda perches on top of dramatic cliffs and enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Old and New Towns are separated by a dramatic natural gorge which is spanned by the majestic Puente Nuevo or New Bridge – an icon of Andalucia.

Granada
Proud and majestic, Granada abounds in natural beauty and enjoys an enviable position, nestled between soaring mountain peaks and fertile plains. Its modern city centre boasts wide boulevards of handsome apartment buildings from the late 1800s, classical plazas teeming with neighbourhood banter and smartly-dressed children, and a plethora of bars and cafes offering free tapas with your drink throughout the city.

Malaga
There are few European cities beating to such a positive and proud rhythm at the moment. We love taking clients to Malaga and witnessing their delight at the broad, sweeping avenues and grand tree-lined plazas. Surprised by Malaga? You will be!
