The countdown to the Holiday Season begins. We are excited to share with you 12 traditional, festive recipes prepared lovingly by our cook and super-guide Mayte. She and her family enjoy a traditional family celebration in an 18th Century farmhouse and these recipes have been enjoyed for generations. The methods of preperation have been passed to Mayte from her mother, who is turn learnt them from Mayte´s Grandmother.  As the preparations begin in earnest, we hope that you can find the time to buy the necessary ingredients and prepare some of these dishes for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
