A decade of Olive Oil Tours with TOMA & COE

Wine tours have been a staple of European travel for decades. More recently, visitors have sought out craft beers, artisan cheeses, and other regional delicacies to deepen their cultural encounters. Yet, long before “oleotourism” became a buzzword, TOMA & COE was quietly shaping immersive Andalucian olive oil tours.

For over ten years, we have been opening the gates of private groves and boutique mills, guiding travellers into a slower rhythm of discovery. Our philosophy has always been rooted in connection: meeting the growers who prune each ancient tree, tasting oils pressed just hours before, and walking through landscapes that have sustained this tradition for centuries.

Discover our olive farm experience

Because of our longstanding ties to local families and producers, we can offer experiences far beyond the standard tasting. Guests might stroll beneath gnarled, thousand-year-old olive trees in Jaén, join the harvest in a sunlit valley outside Córdoba, or enjoy a long, languid lunch at a cortijo where the conversation flows as generously as the oil. These moments are never manufactured. They are real encounters, built on trust and friendship with the people who keep olive culture alive.

Andalucía has always been more than a destination; it’s a living story. At TOMA & COE, we create bespoke journeys that allow travellers to weave themselves into that story. Whether olive oil, sherry, flamenco, or village life, our focus is always the same: slow travel that savours detail, honours tradition, and leaves space for serendipity.

While others may just be discovering the richness of Spain’s olive oil heritage, we are proud to have been championing it for over a decade.

If you’re ready to taste, walk, and live Andalucía in its purest form, we would love to guide you there.
