Reviews
11 staff members were taken to the Campo of Malaga to be greeted by Maite & her family where we had a fun-filled cooking day. These comprised of Bread, Gazpacho with Mulberries, Stuffed Mussels, Fideua (noodle paella) & a puff pasty filled with quince jelly (membrillo) served with a creme anglaise – an absolute feast. Siesta under the olive & walnut trees in the heat was a must! Such fun – a Must!
