Tour Summary

This culinary tour invites you to immerse yourself in Spanish family life, where the cooking and tasting is just part of the fun when spending the day at our host family’s 18th-century Spanish finca, surrounded by olive groves and fresh air.

In this idyllic location, you will be welcomed like old friends into a private home where one of the daughters has converted a wing of the old farmhouse into a cooking school.

After taking a stroll through the orchards and collecting fresh eggs, it’s “all hands on deck” to prepare a delicious lunch. Oh, and there’s a compulsory “siesta” under the olive trees after lunch. When in Andalucia…

Reviews

★★★★★

11 staff members were taken to the Campo of Malaga to be greeted by Maite & her family where we had a fun-filled cooking day. These comprised of Bread, Gazpacho with Mulberries, Stuffed Mussels, Fideua (noodle paella) & a puff pasty filled with quince jelly (membrillo) served with a creme anglaise – an absolute feast. Siesta under the olive & walnut trees in the heat was a must! Such fun – a Must!
